«We have thousands of houses of this kind but this house is unique. Residential house №2 in Sabanskij Lane - in an architecture monument - was destroyed during post-war time and served as a city decoration for a long time. This is M.G. Povstanjuk's project which is organically inserted into a historical building picture but also answers modern standards from functional angle. This work was recognized as the best work of 1996 in Ukraine and also won the first degree diploma of the architects Union of Ukraine. АB «Pіvdennij» is located at the 1st floor.
